I have been going through the worst menopause in the world. I looked up symptoms of meopause, actually 34 symptoms of Menopuse came up. I have 33 of the 34 symptoms. One that is not there is the dry eyes and blurred vision. Before I knew what I was going through, I thought I was losing my mind. Panic attacks, anxiety, depression. The SH_ T hit the fan. I also have no desire to eat. I am lucky if I can eat one meal a day. Eating is a job! I need to know that I am not the only one out there!!!

Cleaning Frenzies by: One of the Experts!
Six weeks before my daughter's due date I cleaned my house to within an inch of its life! I had clothes organized, books lined up alphabetically and by category, dishes were colour coded and minimal was my middle name. Nothing came in to my house unless it had a purpose and could be easily stored.
Over the twenty or so years I've had kids at home clutter has built up in every corner, boxes of lego pieces, kids books with bindings puppy-chewed, school artwork, bins of pencils, pens, crayons and erasers, trinkets, birthday cards...the list goes on and on. I was okay with it. It served a purpose whether utilitarian or sentimental.
I'm perimenopausal now, my kids are almost ready to fly the coop, and I can't stand even the hint of clutter or clothes lying around, or dirty dishes in the sink. What happened? Why do we feel this uncontrollable desire to create a comfortable, organized, tidy nest?
Our hormone levels were fluctuating during the last trimester of pregnancy to accomodate a new life. Well, guess what ladies? Our bodies are adjusting and changing to accomodate another new life. Ours!
We are entering a whole new phase of life, and it doesn't resemble the years of child rearing at all. Our need to de-clutter and clean is our bodies way of cleaning out all the old stuff to make way for the new.
You aren't alone in wanting a clean slate inside and out. Many women have shared with me how obsessed they are with getting rid of extraneous stuff around the house and they can even go so far as getting rid of stagnating or cluttered relationships at work or home.
I say, the best way of dealing with this 'cleaning frenzie' is to go with the flow and understand that it is your Intuitive Healing System's way of dealing with all the changes in your life both physically and emotionally.

Changes in Eyesight Can Have Different Causes by:
Changes in eyesight during the forties and fifties are normal. Around the age of 45 our eyes develop what is called presbyobia or an inability to focus up close like we used to. This is caused by the lens becoming more dense and less flexible so it is unable to change shape for focusing up close. When this begins to happen it may just feel like eye strain, especially if you've been reading or working at the computer for extended periods of time. Eyes can be flurry and it may take longer to focus on objects. Over time, you may find you need to wear reading glasses or bifocals or contacts or a combination of the two.
Dry, itchy eyes on the other hand can be due to the fluctuation in hormone levels. Check this page for more information on dealing with the symptoms of dry eyes, www.menopause-naturally.com/changes-in-eyesight.html
