Everyone Can Meditate!
Everyone can meditate. All it takes is a bit of time and comittment.
Every month our clinic will be hosting a free meditation session facilitated by Beth or John Yim. It will incorporate our own Everyone's Guide To Meditation Techniques, which are simple and effective at initiating the body's relaxation response. The sessions will follow a structured format that include introductory breathwork, a variety of meditation practices, debriefing and suggested home practice. The session will run from 9-10 Saturday mornings and will be hosted at our office. Seating is limited so you will need to contact us to reserve a seat.

Everyone's Guide To Meditation workshop beginning January 24. This will provide an understanding of the techniques as well as providing a format for practice.
