Taming the Stress Dragon CD

As many of you already know, meditation is an incredibly effective tool for improving your health and wellness.  From my own experience I've realized that my sense of inner peace and contentment is one of the most important and precious aspects of my life. Meditation has helped me attain that sense of peace by connecting me with my inner wisdom and guidance. My relationship with my children and husband have greatly benefited as well as my relationship with Abundance.  Good health and a sense of purpose is something to build and grow on.  No one can take it away.

I have learned through life experience, contemplation and much research that we will always be able to build on our well being if we take the time to contemplate, meditate and connect with our Source and the Abundance around us.  The principles of attaining this higher level of connection and understanding are ones I have studied, pondered and experienced first hand.
